We will be making Kielbasa for Easter. We will not be doing any for the Church this year, they are not having an Easter Sale. We are trying to keep it reasonable. Get your orders into Jody soon.

Just let us know how many we have to sell, and when we need to get the money in. I think it will be a lot of fun. Now if we could just figure out a way to have brackets for the fishing contest!!!!
That's not a bad idea!!! So about the basketball pool. Selection Sunday will announce the bracket, but I would mention it to people now so they can commit to our pool. What do you think 20 bucks?? I think selection Sunday is 2 weeks from now

At twenty bucks a pop, how many do we have to sell? Is there a set number or is it flexible. I am uneducated in these matters.

It would depend on how we pay it out. I would say 5 each at a minimum. So.. that would make 800 in the pot. Winner gets 300 2nd gets 150 3rd gets 75. Tcf would take 275.. something like that. The more the better... but a total of 40 people makes it worth it. Anything less wouldnt be I dont think.
Sounds good to me John, I say we do it. Do you have a suggested Date that we should start, and when should we get the money in. I am all for it. It sure would help the way that fuel is rising.

Let's all get our candidates together now. Even collect if you can. Once the tourney is listed... I'll send out directions..get email addresses with money. Everything is done on line now
So basically if everyone get at least 5 people to join the turney TCF would take home 275? Sounds good to me.... with the price of gas we should probably try to get at least 10 people each.
We should probably call everyone and let them know about the NCAA tourney. Just wanna make sure everyone knows about it.

Yeah... Good idea Jim. Especially cause everyone has one of these pools now. It might be less than 275. Jody thinks more should go to winners. I tend to agree with him but every bit helps. Even if we take home 100. It would off set a lot. But agian... The more people the better
I think Jody is right. I think the winners should get the majority of the winnings. I understand The TCF is a great organization but it's not like we are raising money to cure cancer or funding our troops.
If we can get 80 people at $20 a person, that's $1,600. Maybe just take 100 or 200 for our trip and the rest goes to the winners.
