Hey Vince,
How about we use a new tactic with the new owners of the property. Lets maybe try the olive branch and not just go in with brute force and threats this time. That didn't work out so good last time. I know that you have your business strategies, but sometimes compromise works as well.
Let's try and get off on the right foot this time..

I think there is natural gas under their property, and it exploded when you guys had the fire going. I think we should Frack there.....
Hey this could be the ticket for our fundraising. Wouldn't the mill woods look nice with a huge derrick drilling in the neighbor hood. And the best thing, is we wouldn't have to pay any tax, because we would be Job Creators........
