Hi all,
We had a great weekend making Kielbasa for Easter. Everyone worked hard and we were able to get everything wrapped up on Saturday evening. Take a minute and say a prayer for Joe's Mom. She has been hospitalized and is receiving some tests. Also hope Burt is feeling better as well. Seems she took a hit to her shoulder at work.
Thanks to Jeff, Tom and Richie for helping out. They are a hard working bunch of guys, and its always fun to hang out with them. Once again, thanks to Tim for having the place to make all this happen. He also made us great chili for lunch.
We had some people unable to help this year, but everyone stepped it up. Carl now qualifies as a master wrapper. Tim also has mastered in stuffing. Noel as usual works hard loading the cylinders for stuffing, and the apron is coming in handy. Jody was able to get off early on Friday, which allowed us to get done at a reasonable time on Friday.
