Hey Guys,
Thanks for the great trip this year. We had a few firsts, being background checked at the boarder was new, but I for one am glad that the folks at the border are working hard to keep us all safe. We did our first brake repair job on the side of the road, (with success I might add.)
Thanks Jody for taking care of all the important things which allow us to have a great week, with out any worry. We had great accommodations, in Alexandria Bay, and it was fun to have a nice meal with everyone. The house we had was incredible, I personally think it was one of our best, It would be hard to really find anything wrong with it. We are locking it in for next year, and I for one say that you did an outstanding job finding it Jody. As usual we had great meals, great drinks and a very relaxing time.
We also learned that there are fish in the lake! The boys were very successful, as well as Joe, the rest of us did not have to much luck. The lake really beat me up this year, took my pole, as well as my impeller. The weather wasn't bad, the only real complaint we could have was the mosquitoes, and of course the ever friendly black flies.
We did make it down to Marco's old place and had a good look around. It was good to close that chapter, and I know we all miss him, but we did find out he is resting at the place he loved.
We actually got the JAWS movie in, but hardly anybody made it to the end. Hockey was also very enjoyable on the many big screens. I had a great time, and I hope all of you did as well. Take care guys and have a great summer.
