*Please note that the example shown here will not show your personalized name, however the bag will be like the picture I sent you using Jody's name. In the "notes" section of the order form please type out your name exactly as you want it on the bag. I need to call in and go through each name once everyone places their order (which is why I can get a name to show on the example). If you are ordering 2 just indicate 2 on the form and note both names.
