Thanks Guys

Thank you for all the help at this years Holiday Kielbasa Fest.  We had a very successful weekend and got a large part of the order finished for all of our good friends.  Joey and Timmy are going the extra mile to make an extra batch this week, because we were short a few rings during the process.

We had pretty good weather, it was cold, but it felt good to be making kielbasa in the snow.  Timmy and Joey, Tom and Rick were able to get all of the mixing done on Thursday afternoon.  Friday went smooth as well, Joey was able to play hurt with his shoulder, and packed every single ring!.  Carl was in, and as always pitched in and it was good to see him.  We had help from Jody, Teddy, Burt, Sherry, and Lisa as well as the great guys that Timmy knows who stop by to help.

We had everything wrapped and cleaned up by Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.  Once again special thanks to Timmy and Burt, for not only letting us use their wonderful facilities, but for also going the extra mile to make sure we were all well fed, not only breakfast but lunch too. 

I really enjoyed seeing everyone again, and I had a great time.
