Hi Everyone,
The ground breaking has begun on the new smoker. Tim is letting us build the smoker in his backyard. It will be quite a bit larger than the last one we had, which should allow us to get done in a lot less time.
This unit will allow for 110 rings at a time. As with anything new, there will be a learning curve to figure everything out. Joe and Time have put in a lot of time on this project, and we are very grateful for that.
Most of the crew was available on Saturday, when we poured the footer for the smoker. Below are some of the pictures, Burt has taken. Much thanks to her as well, she pitched right in.
Tim and Joe are pouring the walls for the fire pit today, and all that remains is the smoke box.
