The 2014 TCF spring trip is in the books. As usual, the trip was successful because of the personality and skill set of all members that were able to attend. The time with friends and family is what makes this trip special and unique and 2014 proved no different then the past. Thank you to everyone that makes this a very special thing that I look forward to each and every year.
To the members that were unable to attend this year it goes without saying that you were missed greatly. The trip is always great, but it would have only been better if you were all able to be there with us this year. I'm looking forward to 2015 and I'm hoping that we are all able to attend.
Some of this years Highlights:
*Carl's new boat (He already scratched it) and Temagami takes out its 4th prop in 4 years.
*Jody's 8.25lb trout is tops out of the last 4 years for "The One"
*John and Jody set the Banjo and Ziggy record of 17lbs
*Each two member team went over 10 lbs each (Would have been good enough to win every other year)
*No legal violations (Cause Jimmy wasn't here? Just wondering... every group needs a bad influence I guess)
*Carl's trout hatchery (enough said...but we might know how to fish Temagami now)
*Jody starts the TCF swim team (This story should be told in person) "He's in the Pond!"
*We got up close and personal with 2 swimming moose (Yup... swimming... and I'm not referring to the above highlight).
Anyways gentleman, 2014 was very fun and I thank you all for it. Here's looking to 2015.... Thanks guys!
