President Pagnotti will make TCF history today and become the first acting president to leave on a Thursday for the annual trip. The departure of the president officially marks the beginning of the trip and this will be the earliest in recent history. The president and first lady will depart Atlanta at 5 est. That is when the presidential Ford Focus will become TCF1.
The TCF secret service would not release the scheduled stops along the way. President Pagnotti is due to arrive in Lancaster PA around 5 AM est. The motorcade will make a switch in vehicles at that point and the TCF1 call sign will belong the Subaru of the VP. They will then proceed to the White House on Frederick St. in Moosic PA.
