Well the Easter Kielbasa rush is over. We worked an extra day this year, and we smoked for two days instead of the usual one. It worked out pretty well and we had a lot of great help. Thanks Jody, Timmy and Bert, Joey and Ted, Lisa and Elyn and of course Noel who goes and goes and we can't forget Pop who still prepares the proprietary formula.
This session did not go with out the usual glitches, Pork prices have begun to rise, forcing us to adjust the price per pound to try and cover the overhead. While the crew was at breakfast on Saturday morning we came back to quite a surprise. When we turned the corner, Jody noticed that the Smoker was on fire! We were able to extinguish it quickly and make the necessary repairs to complete all of our orders.
Thanks once again for everyone's help. Here are a few pics from the weekend.

I was at the store the other day, when low and behold a 1987 Mazda b2200 pulls up next to me. Couldn't resist.
My b2000 was a great truck 5,795.00 brand new.
