Joey, Ted and Jody had a nice breakfast at the 3c's restaurant right before Port Clinton. We headed down to Cabelas, to pick up a few things we needed.
Upon entering, we noticed a line all the way back to the deer display, we really didn't give it a second thought, I eventually got to the electronic section, (I needed a new Marine Radio, You know you guys have to have one in Canada, don't you) They only had 2 radios in the whole store!
Ok, I let that go, I next went in search of a tip kit, I broke the tip off of my Ugly Stick at Bobs lake. The man in the fishing section told me, "I guess they are on back order." I took it with a grain of salt.
I came back home, and figured I would just order the radio on line. I got on line, and found out that I would have to pay $129.00 for the radio, as well as sales tax and 19.00 for shipping. I hate to say it but I cancelled the order and got it on Amazon for 119.00 with shipping.
While we were in the long line, a person in front of us, told us that they had fired all of the full-time employees and hired all part-timers. I hope that isn't true, but based on the service we got there, I tend to belive it.
Bass Pro Shop is looking better and better.
Hope Everyone had a Great Easter.
Take Care
