Jody found this Lake in Ontario Take a look and offer some comments. This is the last year for Temagami.
Sturgeon Lake is a lake in the Kawartha lakes region of Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Trent-Severn Waterway. The lake is Y shaped and has the communities of Fenelon Falls, Lindsay, Sturgeon Point and Bobcaygeon
at the north-west, south, central and north-east points of the Y
respectively. The lake is approximately 25 km (16 mi) from the southern
to the north-eastern extremes, the longer axis.
The above is from Wikipedia
It looks to be a pretty neat lake. It actually has a lock system to enter other lakes at one end. There appears to be lodges available for our group. One of them is.http://www.harrisbay.com/ It has rates listed there. There are also other lodges, but I haven't researched them all. Lets have some discussion or some other ideas.
Thanks
