TriFecta Complete!

Well we just wrapped up the third weekend of Kielbasa production for the TCF.  The final weekend was probably the most trying.  The weather was very challenging.   We had to use a tent to keep the snow off the kielbasa, and of course when the wind picked up the tent leg broke, but we still were able to get through the night with it.

It was also very cold.  We ended up wrapping in the garage with a propane heater.  Timmy made some bad ass beef barley soup that kept us going through out the day.  Of course we consumed three thirty packs.

The nice thing about the three week period was that we got to see a lot of different people.  The first weekend we got to see Timmy and Allie up at Junkies, and on the second week, Nick came in and gave us a hand.  The last week, Teddy came in from LA and helped us out with the Blizzard Smoke.

Carl was in on the second weekend, and gave us help with the whole process, including working with Mary and Lisa in the wrapping department.  Of course we had the regulars, Jody, Joey Ted, Noel and of course Timmy who is rock steady and is there every weekend and helps us with so much of the things we need.

We had a lot of fun and it was great seeing everyone, and all told, I believe we banged out over 500 rings.  Thanks guys,  I don't even know how to thank everyone, but it is a group effort, and it helps the club do the things we need to do.  I really enjoy seeing everyone, and we all have such a good time doing it, I wouldn't change if for the world.
