Well after several months of testing, it is ready. Carl and I have been working on this project all winter long. Yes it is the fishing drone. It has a HD infrared video interface that sends video back to the Crestliner Fish Hawk. When a target comes in range, the drone will fire a small torpedo like projectile which will stun the fish and send him to the top, where our trusty net man will bag the trophy.

TOURNAMENT COMITTEE CLARIFICATION:
Any mechanical or technological advancement that still involves a rod and reel is legal. If the drone shot a line and hook at the trout you would be good. This particular drone uses sedation as that main means to trout catching. The consulting members Babe Winklman, Rob Schnieder, and jimmy Houston have ruled against the use of the trout drone for competition. However... We should all get these for the fun of it!!!
