Boats Put Away till Next Spring

Well thanks to Jody, I was able to get my boat stored for the winter for the same money I spend to keep her in an open lot.  It is nice to know that it will be dry and out of the elements this winter.

Mary and I got to spend some time up in Syracuse with Ted, Emily and his Friends.  It was fun to hang out and watch the awesome Syracuse comeback.

We also got to see some of the Erie Canal System, it is pretty cool, and makes you think about boats and waterways in a new light.  We also noticed that Syracuse is cleaning up Lake Onondaga, which sits behind the large mall on Route 81.  Hopefully it will help get it back to normal, it is a nice looking Lake and it connects with Lake Oneida, which was also part of the Erie Canal System.

I hope everyone fares well with the fore coming storm Sandy.  Take precautions and don't take it lightly.
