Crestliner Fishhwawk 1650 WT

Well Boys,

Mary and I picked up our new boat up in Muncy today at Hall's Marina.  Chad is a wonderful guy.  Met his whole family in fact.  Very nice place to do business with.  The boat was sitting right in front of the Marina when we got there, and very easy to spot.

I could tell right away it was the double walk through, as well as the 50hp Tracker hanging from the back.  We went in talked to Mom and did the paper work for the trailer.

Next it was in for an explanation of the boat itself.

During this time, the mechanic Mike explained to me that the 50hp Tracker was not equipped with a trim sensor.  We thought about it and opted for him to install it while we were there.

After that we finished the paper work for the loan, and we were ready to hook up and return to Reading.

We towed it home, a little different than the old 69, not quite as heavy, but the trailer seems a bit longer, and with all the mountains up there it took us a while.  Of course we had to deal with Friday traffic on the way down, but all, in all it wasn't bad.

I needed to re-up my rental at the Marina in Reading, and told them of the update to the boat.  He asked me the price, and I told him.  He asked me several times, are you sure that isn't a 2011?  I assured him it wasn't and he finally relented that it was a good deal.

We dropped the boat off, and later I went back to look her over good.  I know this seems like I am tooting my own horn, but when I sat in that seat and just looked over the windshield of that boat, it was amazing.  I never thought I would have a boat like this.

Like Mary say's "It was time for a new bottom", and it was....
