Its That Time of Year!

Well here are the boys in the clean room making Kielbasa. It looks like it could be quite a good year for the club this year.

The first thing we will be doing is having a work detail on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We have an opportunity to harvest several fruit trees which we need for smoking next year. Our wood supply is really getting depleted. Joe has found a source for some wood, so we are going to take advantage while we can. Don't worry about bringing a saw, Joe and I have that covered. We certainly could use as much help as possible.

Keep the following dates in your planners. We will be making Kielbasa December 3, 4, and 5th as well as December 10, 11, and 12th. This will leave us the last weekend in December free. We will have our regular orders as well as the church. Please let Jody know what amounts you will be needing so we can set up the schedule accordingly.

Mmmm I can almost smell the fire now!!!!!
