First Wave of Keilbasa is Done!

Well the first wave is finished. We made enough for the Church and filled a couple of orders. We will be filling the final batch this weekend. Thanks for coming and helping Jody, Joey, Nick, Carl and Ted as well as the master Kielbasa maker Ted the Senior.

I had a great time, it was a lot of fun making Kielbasa with the house so full. It was nice to be able to spend some time with everybody. Those weekends are very special to me, and I know to everyone else. It was a unique experience making Kielbasa while the girls were making cookies. The smells were incredible. Hey Carl, I have to tell you that the horseradish that you made was very good. It didn't put you on the floor, but it was some of the best in a couple of years.

It was nice to see the baby down at the house, and everyone really enjoyed fussing over her. I am already looking forward to next week.
