Once again its Keilbasa time. I always look forward to this time of year. The smell that fills the house is just incredible. There is nothing that says Christmas like homemade Keilbasa. I have a few pictures... enjoy. By the By if you can send Jody some cash for the initial purchases he would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for taking care of the Ordering Jod.

I spoke with Carl, He told me that both he and Pete put in for Vacation for May, but he is not sure if Pete will get his or not. By the way Pete works as a Allegheny Flight Nurse as well as a Full Time Fire Fighter. He definitely wants to go if his vac comes through.
