Items at the Chalet


Fireplace and fire logs 17"TV and VCR (+satellite)

kettle dishware and cutlery for 15 people

glasses, mugs, plastic cups knives and cooking utensils

cheese grater coffee filters

fire extinguishers flashlight

canoe and paddles four adult life jacket and two youth life jackets

picnic table, lawn chairs, cooler outdoor BBQ and propane tank


Hints of items to bring:


  • Towels (we leave some old towels at the chalet for around the hot tub only)
  • Wood for outdoor fires (there is an outdoor fire pit by the lake although

it is not recommended for use if the weather is dry)

· Newspaper for indoor fires

  • Fishing rods *excellent trout and bass fishing on the lake
  • Videos (you can rent them in the village grocery store, but only a small selection)
  • Spices and specialty cooking items
  • Specific life jackets for your size if needed
  • Garbage can be put at the end of the road in the green boxes but please take your recycling back to the city
There is a list of house guidelines inside the door of the chalet that explain the hot tub, water and septic system etc. Please read carefully and call us with any questions, our numbers are on the list.
