Hi Everyone,
Kielbasa making will start this Thursday, we are looking forward to a good weekend, and we hope that everything goes good. I talked with Carl, who told me he would be in sometime on Saturday to give us a hand smoking. Noel is going to help us as well. If anyone else happens to be in the area, come on down, we can always use some help.

Well.. I'm sorry that I can't make it up. Work on Thurs and Fri and a baby any minute is putting a damper on my participation. But as always.. Many Thanks to all the guys that are helping out including Noel! Have fun.
