Deadline January 15

Hey Everyone,
It was great seeing everyone over the Christmas Holiday. We all had a good time, and we decided we need to have all of the down payment by January 15, Jody is investigating whether or not the Gentleman will take a cashiers check. Carl was the first to get his funds in, and the quicker we can the better chance we have of holding the property. I hope we are successful because It has been pretty tough finding the type of place that fits our needs.

By the way, if you know of anybody that does not have the blog address, please let me know and I will forward it for you. Take care everyone and enjoy the rest of the Holiday. Joey III have fun in California, and be careful. John, you need to get a RGB adapter for that PS3 to actually get the most out of your PS3 and your HD TV. You can pick them up at Best Buy for about 20 bucks.

Where we are going.

Hey everyone, after considerable searching and searching, we have finally found a place which should fit our needs nicely. The place will cost us 1802.00 with everything. (Cleaning, Administrative fees, Trip Insurance etc.) The problem is that we have to have $1200.00 of it in quickly to hold it for us. We are going to firm up a few loose ends at Christmas, but bear in mind, we will need at least $150.00 from everyone who plans on going. I have put a link on the right side of the page for the house.
